The buzz on social media recently has been with major fast food restaurants having secret menu items that you can find and order at different times of the day.

The one that stood out to me based on, shall we say, a rather unique name was McDonalds: McGangBang.

The McGangBang takes the McDouble and the McChicken and forms them into one crazy sandwich. Think one piece of chicken between two burgers.

Not every McDonalds associate knows about this special menu item and some could even take offense to you ordering something with the name: McGangBang.
